my mobile oiginally has 20 MB of phone memory.. but wen i checked, it shows only 18.94 MB... my friend told that it was due to virus problem..
so i like to fomat my phone memory. My questions are
1) Is my mobile attacked by any virus?
2) How to format phone memoy?

if your phone had a virus you wouldn't be able to use it read this :

your phone is normal with any storage device they never show the real storage capacity it's always less some of the memory space is used for storing system and index information
