SOURCE: looking for a charger/adaptor for a toy RC car

Buy a "universal charger" wall wort. Most will chargs 1.5 VDC to 12 VDC in steps adjusted by a slide switch. The polarity of the tip is switchable from + to -, so be careful to switch the tip to the right polarity for your radio. Try to find one that has close to the same current output that the original charger had. Good Luck,

Can't you move the wheels around to jiggle it out? If you can't you will need to preform some surgery from the one wheel, just keep track of all the screws when disassembling it; that is a last resort

How do I avoid 27.145 MHz Radio Frequency controlled toy car affect by other toy car with the same frequency? Thx

If there is more than one Radio Controlled (RC) devices operating on the same radio control frequency operating in the same proximity - there's going to be an issue for one or both devices.
Simple, inexpensive RC devices operating on the same frequency have no way of being "paired" (like a bluetooth device to a phone) to a particular controller (more expensive devices and controllers have sophisticated ways to get around this limitation by setting codes that allow the device to respond to only the matching controller). You would need to have both the control and device on a new frequency that is different from other RC devices to retain control of the device - otherwise once the device gets close enough to the other controller - it will begin responding to it instead of yours.

In order to use your RC device, you'll need to remain closer to your device than the other controller is. This makes your controller's signal more powerful and should overcome the more distant controller signal. Keep in mind that your range of control will be reduced as the signal suffers from interference from the other controller - much like driving in your car listening to the radio that has 2 broadcasters on the same frequency. While close to home, you hear your local station clearly - but as you get further from the local station, there is an area where the signal from the other station overlaps with your local station - making understanding what is being broadcast by either station completely unintelligible. You have to tune away or shut off the radio until you're closer to one station or the other. Had there been no second station on the same frequency - or had been travelling in a different direction, you might have been able to listen to your local station for the whole trip. The same holds true for your RC device. In an open area alone - you may have control for 200 feet. But in an area with another RC controller operating on the same frequency as yours, that distance may plummet to just 50 feet. The more distance there is between RC controllers and devices competing for the use of the same frequency - the better the experience will be.

I hope this helps and good luck!

I got a reflax and one of the smaller direcitonal propellers don't work, can these be troubleshot or replaced?

1. Please check your controller and ALL other batteries inside your RC units. 2. If they seem ok but not new, ensure to change them out for new ones 3. Check your relays, they sit inside your Hawk and control HOW MUCH your unit will accelerate, trim, lift, turn, etc. 4. You may check these by removing a few simple panels covering the immediate motor areas. 5. The relays will have an adjustment knob, gear shifter, or position device which will GREATER affect how much acceleration your RC gets when you increase or decrease it from your remote 6. On your RC gas type, always check to ensure that enough exists but never over fill 7. On electric type, ensure that no leakage is present, no overheating, and no obvious damage from a prior flight 8. Check your lift blades, sometimes they become damaged during flight and will need to be adjusted, repaired, and in extreme cases, replaced for new ones
