Question about ASUS Laptop with Intel Centrino 2 Processor
To dismantle your laptop, shut down the laptop, turn it upside down and remove the battery. While its still up side down, remove the Cd drive, use a screw driver that will fit into the screws to unscrew every screw under the laptop. Make sure all the screws are removed, then remove the Ram.
After that, use a flat screw driver to open the laptop cover from the side. The laptop cover is clipped together, so you will need to apply some force in order to gain access to the internal part of the laptop.
You might not need to open the screen part. But if necessary, check the screen part, you will see some small rubbers around the screen area, remove these rubbers and you will find the screen screws.
Note that you will need to apply force using a flat screw driver to open the laptop. And at the same time, be careful.
