I think this problem is usually associated with APIC (Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller), you need to enable it in the BIOS.

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings and then click "next."
3. Click 'repair your computer'.

If you do not have the disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc0000225
Info: An error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data.

When i tried to activate my installation code for windows7 home premium it says ny code has been blocked

First, if this is indeed a legitimate key you are trying to use, then Windows telling you it's blocked means that Microsoft's servers have flagged it. The only solution I can offer is to call the Microsoft Product Activation Center. Directions for contacting them are here: Click Here

Error code 8000ffff when updating vista SP1

To resolve Windows Update error 8000FFFF, try the following steps:

1) Launch REGEDIT

2) Go into HKLM\COMPONENTS, and check if these three values exist under the COMPONENTS key:

PendingXmldentifier
NextQueueEntryIndex
AdvancedInstallersNeedResolving

3) Providing they do exist, back up the Components key, then delete the three above values.
4) Restart the computer, and Windows Update should now be working fine.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions

Error 1719

Hi,
Error 1719 occurs when the msiexec.exe program becomes disassociated with .msi files. Under Windows XP x32 this is usually fixed with rebooting into safe mode, renaming the msiexec and DLL's and letting Windows File Protection reinstall them. This doesn't always work in x64.
Error 1719 occurs in x64 when the 32-bit version of msiexec is registered as the msiserver. Here's the fix:
  1. Open regedit ( Start -> Run -> regedit.exe -> OK)
  2. Go to the following key: My computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSIServer
  3. Look at the ImagePath entry. For Windows XP x64 it should read:
CODE - C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\msiexec.exe /V
If it doesn't edit the registry to match that.
4. Restart the Windows Installer service from the Admin Control Panel -> Services CP

OR
Click on the below link or copy the URL and paste it in your web browser.. Follow the steps....

Thank you......
