Question about Vizio VX32L Television
Check to see if the buttons on the side are stuck in the down position, kinda hard you have to feel it. Vizio buttons do get stuck. sometimes you have to unscrew the back of the tv and replace it correctly so the buttons are not pushed down. if the buttons are not pushed down you have to buy a button control board. if you were able to unscrew the back, you should be able to see the board where the buttons are, look online for that board, they usually cost less than $30 but you need the right board. once you replace it (make sure power is off when taking back off) replace the back of the tv and you should be set. there is also some kind of spongy material that will get stuck, but if you're experiencing the problem with two different buttons then i suggest they are stuck or the board needs replacement.
