So I have found the answer myself ;o)
I removed the front panel of the computer, behind the panel the wires were labelled, I connected the cables to the connectors that I required and connected them to the MoBo, works like a dream!

Some wires have come loose inside my PC tower ... they are all individual one has ground stamped on it ... I need a diagram of where they go back?

what do the others say - the probability is that you will have one that says +5v and -5v and there is about 7 of them in which case they are the USB header cable - you will need to refer to your motherboard manufacturers installation handbook, and cross reference the USB connector block with the cables - be careful when you do this if you are unsure don't if you cross these cables and get them wrong you could end up with hamaging the USB header control chip and rendering it useless at best, at worst you could total ruin your motherboard - USB is powered with 5v you loop that back in and is not pretty
