Question about Tecnik TKC8525 Double Oven
One other tech at this site stated that the oven control goes through the main clock...so if the main clock is set to "auto", the oven will come on at certain times. Make sure the main clock's set to "manual", and see if that helps. Disconnect the power and turn it back on, then reset the clock, and that shoud do it.
Other than that, the clock/timing circuit or main controller circuit could be totally shorted, but that seems too obscure.
Hopefully this will helps.

There may be a broken or burned wire at the back of the range/oven. If you repair any of the wires, use only proper appliance-grade wire and wire connectors. Often the main wiring connection from the house, at the range/oven, gets burned and so breaks the connection. Then you may have to replace the power cord to the range/oven, and the terminal block that the wire is attached to.
