Before you go any further you need to press menu on your remote go to picture press select and then go to convergence press select again then a white cross should apear on the screen. Your objective is to converge or line the blue and green crosses up so that they appear as one cross. After you do this look at the directions at the bottom of your screen. Select the prompt that lets you continue. After you press continue several crosses should appear all over the screen do the same for these crosses as you did on the previous screen. This should solve your problem. If this doesnt fix it there is no high going voltage to your green and blue CRT's (cathode ray tubes). This could be caused by a number of things. I would take it to the nearest service tech being that you are dealing with high voltages comming from the tripler so high that if your hand or tool gets to close it could arc and ground through you even if the set is not connected to the power source

• Restart the Computer
• As soon as you restart Tap F2 key.
• You will get BIOS screen.
• Check whether you have same problem on the screen. If you have same problem on bios screen. it problem with the monitor.
• If not with the computer Software.

I was very disappointed to discover that your computer ad was dishonest. You advertised that a "Single Repair Call," without a membership, would cost $12.99, Instead I see that you charged $19.99 for my service call. Since I clearly specified "a one time call," my charge should have been only $12.99. Please credit the difference back to my credit card account or I will charge you with "False Advertising. Recorder was defective and is being returned to seller.

My first check would be video drivers if this is a newly built computer. If it is a computer that has been running a while and the problem suddenly appeared I would reseat the RAM and attempt to boot into safe mode, suspecting a virus infection.

None of the phone numbers I have to delete this annoying problem work anymore. Is there another solution out there?
