My Ps3 was working great but now I get a no signal message Please help! Thank you

Make sure your tv is on the same input as your playstation is. You can press input on your tv and change it to the right input. Also you can totally turn the ps3 off and unplug from the wall. Wait 20 sec and plug it back in that will reset the video on the ps3.

My playstation 3 when turned on power light turns green then yellow and immediately turns red...unfortunately i have a game stuck inside console..please help !!!

ou have the infamous YLOD, aka. Yellow Light of Death. This is the number 1 cause of pS3's dying. It is an overheating issue linked to your CPU and GPU (the processor chips) You will need to find a local PS3 repair shop who can repair this. Do not try to attempt repairs seen on the internet yourself as some would suggest. You could make things much worse and render the unit totally unresponsive. The repair process takes about 3 hours.

IT CAN BE FIXED*

FOR THE DISC THAT'S STUCK INSIDE?

If you have a unit that is not backwards compatible, any non 60g or 80g then you can retrieve your disc.

Power off the unit using the toggle switch on the back. Hold down the 'eject' button and turn the toggle switch back from off to on. This will run a fan test and eject your disc. Remember, this will only work on the 20, 40g models. Not the backwards compatible units with the 4 usb port holes and the memory card slots.

What needs to be repaired when my disk will not eject? what would cause the screen to go black and stop the game? is there any type of maintenance i should be doing on my ps3?

Yes.

It seems to be your laser. Or the motherboard.

If your disc cannot be ejected, then you need need a new drive.

Happened to me too. There's a small reset button on the back of the controller, you'll need a biro or paperclip in order to push it.
