I want to instale all in one dell priter to computer dont have the driver to instale it what shall I do?how does this works

Julie, start your laptop and before it gives the start up windows logo, press F8 a few times. If you pressed it at the right time than you shall see a bunch of options:

First, try to boot your computer using "LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION" and see if it works. If it works than its all fine and smooth sailing. Login to your windows and then as a precautionary measure, Re-install your Windows from the Asus Recovery Manager.

Second, if the first option fails, then select, "SAFE MODE" option and it shall login windows Safe Mode. From there go to Asus Recovery Manager and re-install your windows to be certain that it shall work fine now.

Sometimes you can use the Vista drivers for a device. Need more info, drivers 32 or 64bit?

Do you need a USB cable from one of the USB ports on your computer to a USB port on the monitor?

In windows7 there is not any problem with the drivers. so don't worry about drivers. in windows7 with dell notebooks there is not any problem with web cams in rear case.

and if u are getting problem than uninstall the drivers which you have installed and download the latest dell web cam drivers by visiting

and after downloading and installing the drives . for testing install web cam software such as youcam or any one else related or make any video call with messange

~You dont need a driver for an external dvd, just plug and the OS will install it automatically.

On the product page you only has firmware.
