Make a Measure but first be prevent before unneeded pre damage of your fuses or new bought components using a 500 watt lamp in serial line of your main power to the powersupply on any way (and maybe if you have a variac) thats all the best way to doing some measurements and get a service manual or schematic. An error search tree is most times in it to see.
Then you can also most times quickly compare the left and the right channel with each other for failures or shorted or broken components on especially if you have some patience you will find seartenly the answer. leaking capacitors . but start by the power supply .

Sansui AU-X410R Amp, at power on, lights on but no sound (surge protection click doesn't occur). Sometimes powers off for no apparent reason.

One thing you could look at is that thing that makes the click, it could be a relay and they do go wacky sometimes (hence why it shuts down). If you are lucky it will tell you (on the relay) everything you need to replace it.

I want to no how to wire the hole system up just picture diagram SU-X501

This appears to be a tough one to find for free. There is some info out there - but it will cost a few bucks. The service manual or sometimes called a "shop manual" is for those that work on damaged units - and is probably over the top for your needs. The operating manual or owner's manual is likely the same as the one that came with the unit when new. Either can be had at the site below for $15 and $10 respectively:

http://www.manuals-in-pdf.com/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&keyword=Technics+SU-X501+manual&forward=plist

I am not affiliated with this or any other site that charges for manuals, tips, advice, etc.; and only offer it as a source for the info you're looking for. I hope this helps!

The protection light on my Sansui AU-G77XII is blinking when I power up. What would cause this.

It could be most anything but the most likely problem is one of the output transistors. They tend to fail most often because they are driven hard and get hot. This is easy enough to check with a DMM. Remove the power. Remove the bottom for access to the transistors. They are on a large heat sink somewhere in the unit. Check all of them for 0 resistance. If you find one or more they will need to be replaced. If they all check good it is something harder to find and you may need a tech to look at it. Either way it should not cost very much to repair.

My Sansui AU 999 blows a fuse every time it is turned on. I was using it to drive my whole house speaker system (5 pairs of speakers) through a switcher. It was fine for about 6 years, but it quit one day....

Overtime semiconductors have a lot of heat to deal with and eventually it gets to them!
A fuse blowing is a sign of an overload in either the power supply of the amp or the main amp, often caused by a shorted device on the heatsink. Look out for burnt or damaged parts.

The power turns on but there is no sound.i have it

This unit is most likely in protect mode. A problem with the last output stage was detected and is preventing the unit from turning on completely. Normally this is a failure of the output transistors in one or more channels. Without testing some of the components inside the unit, I can not say for sure. I would suggest that you bring this unit to a service shop for a detailed repair estimate. Post the results here and we can help you to perform the actual repair. Expect this estimate to cost around $50.

My sansui g-7500 is burnig the transistors of power

Well that means it is done. There is no magic button to stop this I am afraid. You could replace the board but cost wise just easier to buy a new one.

SANSUI AMP AU-D11-II

It is possible, but nlikely that the protection circuit is bad. More common are shorted output transistors or defective driver stage transistors. This should not be a difficult repair for anyone familiar with audio amps. Unsolder/remove Q22 and Q23 and measure the voltages at each of the 3 pads per transistor and post them here.

Thanks,
Dan
