Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9564J Top Load Washer
It is possible that the water level control is not working and so the water level goes beyond the level and drains out. The water level control is assisted by a water inlet to a pressure switch , as the water level rises the pressue pushes the limit switch to click and so the message conveyed to the main controller unit to switch off the inlet valve.
So it is possible that this water level sensor is fault, look for the side of the drum to see this small opening with a tube to the switch unit. You can test the switch by suction/blowing to get the switch to click.
If this helps please credit accordingly .
