Question about Washing Machines
Did you check if the inlet valve was receiving voltage to open when the program is put on for wash. If voltage comes in the valve must open and you must hear water filling. If not the valve is deffective. However if the voltage is absent when the wash cycle is started then the controller unit , main board , is not outputting the valve voltage from the driver/relay. As the boards are epoxy filled on to the tracks you can remove the components to change only by cutting into the board. the company expects a new board to be put in place.
