Our Platinum Keurig will not pump water. The motor makes 3 kind of grinding noises and then silence. I have cleaned out the jet with a pin, so it is not that

There are two needels. one enter the top of the KCup and the other the bottom.

1. Power off machine.

2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle.

3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal.

4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.

5. Power on machine.

6. Brew a cup of water only. There may be coffee grounds in the water and these should eventually clear during the remaining steps. NOTE: A large cup brew cycle should output a full 8 ounces (235cc). Less means there is still a blockage

I have Keurig 2.0. I have been cleaning it. I put white Vinegar in and running it through the maker. I am now running just water, but the water is not running any better. Suggestions?

Did you clean the top of the Keurig. When the top goes down, it has like a needle point when may get clogged with coffee grounds. Get a paper click and make straight it object, I clean the paper clip the insert to point and clean out the excess coffee.

Keurig makes clicking sound but will not brew

The exit tube is clogged. Get a paper clip and straighten one end, pushing it up into the tube to clear the material out. The tube is the upper Pin Like projection that pierces the Kcup.

My Platinum Keurig says it is ready to brew but nothing happens. I have cleaned out any coffee grounds.

My B70 has worked good for about 6 months. Lately it won't brew a full cup of coffee or water for that matter. I have run Limeaway, and also vinegar throught it but nothing works. It seems to me the pump is too weak to make coffee before an apparent time-out occurs.

No water coming out of spout

Mine did that also. All I did was to remove the reservoir and clean it and then clean the area where the water goes into the machine under the reservoir. It worked. It was a minor clog of some kind. Also make sure the little pin that penetrates the K-cup isnt clogged. A little pin up inside will clean it out. Good luck. I also found that using distilled water makes a big difference in making better coffee and will eliminate scaling problems.
