I own a zanussi dws

i own a zanussi dws 939 diswasher and up to now i have had no problems with it.
However it is now not cleaning properly. Glass is being left with whitish streaks and the cutlery is not rinsing off properly.
Any suggestions?
We use Finish tablets and have recently filled up te salt container. There is aslo rinse aid in the machine.
