youll have to use the remote to deactivate the killswitch that was enabled by the car alarm. reconnect the wire to do so. if the noise is bothering you find the speaker for it and cut the wire that will eliminate the noise. as for disconnecting the car alarm that can be a little tricky you may want to seek professional assistance. its hard to explain step by step in writing

I have recently changed battery on my key fob cobra alarm code 8165,now the car wont read the new one is there a specicfic way of programming the new battery.

The battery only provides power, what you may have done is changed the frequency on the remote somehow. I would highly recommend you speak to the makers of the alarm system.

My battery died in my car and I had it changed now the radio wont come on... Is there a safety or alarm setting that I need to turn off

It requires a code

Remove the radio from the dashboard and post the MAKE+MODEL plus all the letters+numbers on any labels , barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.

There is some useful info here

My cd/radio display is not working

First thing to check would be your battery is not on its way out. Sometimes when battery is dying and voltage drops below normal operating voltage this can cause radio, alarms etc. to stop operating correctly. Or the battery leads may be loose or poor electrical connection.

Viper Car Alarm problem

My initial thought is the alarm somehow drained the battery down so low that there's not enough power to even turn on the LED or start the car. If that's the case, getting a jump from another vehicle should at least let you disarm the alarm and start the car.

Beyond that, you'll probably need to reference the manual for your model alarm. You can find the manuals here.
