I have the Webroot Spy Sweeper with AntiVirus and every time I try to use it it says I need to put my keycode in. I can not find a keycode in any of my instructions. Please help.

The keycode should be on the box it came with.

I lost my program and tried to re download from my disk but wont let me

If you have your keycode email that was sent to you when you purchased Spysweeper, simply go to http://www.webroot.com/updates/redownload/index.php and fill out the information requested.

You will be able to download the newest version that you had purchased and do a clean install with the keycode again. The email they send will have step by step instructions and your information included.

I bought webroot at Best Buy for a new Toshiba laptop. While installing, it prompts me for the keycode. It says it is on the CD sleeve, but I cannot find it. Where is it?

The keycode is on a sticker on the CD cover / sleeve if not try looking for it in the box or the manual. I hope this helps.

Try THIS site...To find what version of SpySweeper you are using, open the software and click on HELP and then ABOUT. It should show you the version...

Try pressing numlock key on your keyboard and retype keycode.
