its not cold enough, it may be low on freon, if its a chest freezer it may not be economicle to repair it. or the thermostate may be set to high... to tell the difference, if the unit cycles the compressor on and off at least every few hours (or more) then its the thermostate, if the unit runs continualy then its freon

My dryer always burns my clothes. is there a way to stop this from happening. my dryer is 3 years old. what causes this. and clothes always get stuck in the front of the dryer, why?

Are you saying that it is "literally" "burning" the clothes or it just smells like that are brunt? Regardless, if it is doind either, it sounds like there is a problem with the thermostate on the unit. If the unit is only three years old, it is highly unlikely that the unit has the wrong heating element installed within it as this is the only other issue that causes such a problem. If you have the manual for your unit, you can easily find where your thermostate and heating element are located and you can check both...if you are somewhat handy. You can also replace both or either as well as opposed to calling a service person. If all else fails, take the unit to a service person or have them come to you. However, if you are going to attempt repairs, make sure that the unit is UNPLUGGED prior to attempting to work on your unit. SAFETY FIRST! Good luck.

Air compressor keeps freezing up...copper line had been without insulation until yesterday, but this didnt fix the problem. Unit is a 2 year old Goodman

The thermostate is not working properly, thermostat sense the temperature of the sitting and it work like a switch cutting compressor on and off. When the thermostate sense the correct sitting of the temperature and it suppose to cut off compressor to allow the evaporator to warm up a little if the thermostat switch is faulty and it does not recognize the temperature although it will keep the compressor running until it freezes up just like froze water stuck in the line.

Water collecting under the crispers

Defective thermostate switches off the compressor and then switches on the compressor before time. Please replace the thermostate to solve this problem. There is no defect with the compressor or there is no refrigerent leak too since you have good cooling. Only it require replacement of thermostate.

13500 dometic ac for rv with anilog thermostat

My Unit is only about 5 years old; but it's working great now. I spoke to a man at an RV service department, he suggest replacing the thermostate and Jay box, which is the box inside my roof unit, accessable when I remove the filter. When I replaced the thermostate nothing changed, but the Jay box did the trick. The Jay Box came with a new thermostate anyway, and cost around $80. Good Luck

Therostat in rv doesnt work right

Suggest you replace it.  If the unit runs on 12volts, a battery powered unit is fine.  Just connect the wiring to the appropriate terminals.

You more than likely need to replace the control cable between the upper and lower board. It comes as a kit with the upper board. You can also do a bypass test by unplugging your thermoster from the circuit board. The thermoster is the temperature control for the refrigerator nothing to do with the freezer.
