Question about GE Profile¿ Arctica® Energy Star® 25.5 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Dispenser, PSS26MSRSS
The Freezer and the fridge keep cooling down below the Auto Temp 37F for the fridge and 0F for the freezer. I clean it, I set the thermostat to Zero.
The door edges are always feeling warm?
Any Ideas? Thank you in advance for your help
I have the GE Profile Artica and the freezer temp is locked at 33 & Fridge is 48. When I lower the temp it always returns to these settings. Can someone please help me with this problem? Thanks

Door edges being warm is caused by what is called mullion heaters that operate to prevent humidity from condensing at these points.
Some refrigerators have an energy saver switch. Turn this switch if you have one to the energy saving position when the humidity is low. Is anything freezing in the refrigerator? If so setting the controls to a little higher setting may solve your problem.
