Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

What was the charge of 90.00 for charged to my credit card on Aug 30/17

Call your credit card issuer - there is usually a toll-free phone number printed on the back of the card for getting such questions answered. If you do not recognize the charge, your card account information may have been stolen, and you must contact the card issuer ASAP to prevent further theft. Most card issuers have 24-hour service available.

An automatic unauthorized payment was made from my credit card. I do not use this product, and would like a refund

You have posted your question to the wrong place, but I will answer it for you anyway: the first thing you must do is contact your credit card company and dispute this charge. An automatic payment is a recurring one, a charge that is made month after month. If you do not speak to your credit card issuer, this charge will be made each month. Your credit card company will investigate the source of the charge and will probably terminate your current credit card number and issue a new one for you. You are never responsible for fraudulent charges on credit cards as long as you did nothing to contribute to the fraud. Call them now, before additional charges can be made.

Why have I been charged 79 pounds for Amazon Prime from my credit card when I did not order it? Please give me a refund.

You can try talking to Amazon and your credit card. Only thing I really know for sure is that Fixya can't help by giving you a refund. We are all volunteers here, answering questions because we like helping people.
If I were to guess at "why", most likely you clicked on something when ordering like, "free 30 day Prime, get free shipping".

Can someone help me get started?

Avoid PayPal if you have a credit card. PayPal adds a dollar service charge the one time I used it.

They have an option on their "landing page" to log in to your PayPal account or use your credit card. Use the Credit Card.

Big fish games keeps charging me $6.99 every month since sept. 2012 I have not purchased any games in that time nor does it show as a credit to my account. I have contacted my credit card company to stop...

The only thing you can do is to continue to contact big fish games and explain your situation. You've already contacted your credit card company so that is good. Make sure they put a stop payment on that charge so no further charges will occur.

Pay bill by credit card

Im not sure which country you live and the banking system regulations
you might be better of paying bills through a direct debit to avoid cash price penalties which banks charge for credit card payments
but to answer your question you should be able to pay bills by your credit card as long as you have a good credit rating (you might not need a rating at all)
hope this helps

I asked a question last July 3 about my SUPERIOR cut off saw I have, and the answer I got did NOT fix it.So why did I get charged $11.83 on my mastercard. I would to get a credit on my card ASAP....

Please review the terms of use for this web site concerning paid questions and answers.

Ths long and short of it is if you accept the answer - you pay the fee. If you do not reject the answer with in 7 days of the final action, you pay the fee.

As always, you may use the free section at any time for no charge what so ever. You also have the option of directing your paid question to any particular expert of your choice. Further, there is a Chat feature and a telephone offering.

As a volunteer question catcher working from my home, I have nothing to do with the charges or credits to your account so I cannot ASAP anything, not even my dinner, which will be arriving shortly. You should contact the web site directly concerning your issues.

Thank you for your nterest n FixYa.com

A few days ago, I asked a question about a printer, You want my credit number for for a small charge. Your site is not secure so I don't want to send my credit card number.

Hmmm ... I dont know much about what you are speaking about ... I am a volunteer answer guy here like nearly everyone else. I think you need to post your question to the company rather than this area of the web site. There is the possibility a company moderator will pick this up ... but then ... maybe they will not.

I suppose there is the possibility you already have a resolution to this question - but there is no way for we volunters to know that.
