Dude your photos need to be in jpeg format, thats the only kind that really works on them when you loaded those you should have gotten an error massage asking if you just likt to STORE THEM since they could not be viewed. If you clicked no to skipping over them then that would be your problem. and up to now i still cannot figure out how to view the videos, no format i have knowledge of works hope i could help <3 aurora

How could i store pictures of mine in sansa ,in which format it will support, at the same videos also

You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter to convert photos and videos to a format the Sansa can handle. In general, if you can view the video/photo on your computer, the SMC can convert it. However, bear in mind that the screen on the Sansa is quite small. You're not going to get much detail on it.

Tell me the file format

Use the included SanDisk Media Converter software to convert most popular video formats (such as MPEG-4, WMV, or DivX) into the MJPEG format playable on the e260.

Share slideshows of your favorite photos with your friends. SanDisk Media Converter also supports most image formats, allowing you to convert and downsize your images for display on the e260.
