Blurred black printing

GENERIC CARTRIDGES DO THIS.

Hello, In Purchasing Epson's CX 5400, CX4600, & CX7400 and more, I found out that Epson does not like Generic Printer Cartridges.

Also in Purchasing the Brother's . Color that should be Yellow, will turn out Green, etc.

All Generic Cartridges, will print lines thru the words, or just print the top or bottom, and also do a mix match with the colors. That's what the Companies do., so they can keep selling the ink cartridges.

Some Printers, are able to use Generic, but you have to fill them up yourself and I heard, quite MESSY.

So I learned, thru trial and error, that you must use the ORIGINAL Cartridges for the PRINTERS.

Since you do not mention if you're getting any ERROR Code, this is the only advice I can give you. If you find this helpful, pls rate me.

Thanks and Good Luck :0)

Look inside behind where the carriage is, the plastic strip behind the carriage probably has an ink or grease spot right where you see the blurred letters. Wipe that strip carefully with a Q-tip moist with alcohol, and the blurs should go away...

When i use Hp Laserjet P1007 to print, on my page occur repeat the words of overlap and Blur with ink on paper. please help me solve this problem ->contact me at email address:levinh2585@yahoo.com...

You either have a bad toner cartridge or have a problem with the fusing assembly. If it's the fuser will need to have the fuser replaced.

Here's how to tell which it is. Measure the distance from the original image to the first time it repeats on the page.
30.8mm (1.21") = toner cartridge
76.3mm (3.0") = toner cartridge
41.0mm (1.61") = fuser
56.5mm (2.22") = fuser

Hope that helps you. :)

Prints blurry every other line with black color

Hi,

Is it the ink cartridge contacts you already cleaned? If so, then you can also clean it using the tools menu from the printer panel:

-press setup menu, then go to tools
-select clean print cartridge and press ok
-it will print a test page. If the printout is good, you can try printing again.

I hope this helps.

Dell 922 printer alignment problem-

try this...

Aligning Ink Cartridges Your printer automatically aligns the ink cartridges when they are installed or replaced. To verify your ink cartridges are aligned, you can print an alignment page. After you close the printer unit, press the Menu button. The alignment page begins printing. During printing, the operator panel display reads Alignment Page Printing. When complete, the message reads Auto Alignment Complete. Your ink cartridges are now aligned for optimal print quality.
You may also need to align ink cartridges when characters are not properly formed or are not aligned at the left margin, or when vertical or straight lines appear wavy.
To align the ink cartridges:
  1. Load plain paper. For more information, see Loading Paper.

  2. Click Start® Programs or All Programs® Dell Printers® Dell Photo AIO Printer 922® Dell Printer Solution Center.

  3. Click the Maintenance tab

  4. Click Align to fix blurry edges.

  5. Click Print.

The ink cartridges align when the page prints.

If this helps you plz rate this fixya. Thank you kindly. If you need more help post it & I'll be glad to do what I can.

Test print great, document printing blurred

Have you tried a new cartridge yet? I know it doesn't make sense at first but I suspect the cartridge has a problem and your test print isn't exercising the printer like the Word doc is. If the new cartridge works than the problem is probably poor quality ink, the hole you used to refill isn't sealed correctly or the cartridge or jets were damaged in some way.
