Question about Televison & Video
Hi and welcome to the site,
Initially, postback with the brand and model.
Offhand, if the TV/DVD combo uses a tray for the DVD disc, then it would almost always be a mechanical. Other than to press STOP for a couple of seconds or to unplug and press and hold the EJECT button while plugging in, there are no easy workarounds for a mechanical problem.
Good luck and thank you for asking.
