Question about Televison & Video
Unfortunately you have not told me the make/model of the set.
To go back any lightening strike has a very bad effect specially on a TV since it is too prone to heavy damage due to the cable/antennae input and the power line. So a surge in either line can have a high level of damage. Since you mentioned that Audio is present there is some hope but it would be good to have a LOOK at the main board. Open set after disconnection and check on the board with a good powerful lamp. If you notice different areas of line burns/solder tracks open/components burned, then it would be better to order the boards. If a physical check show only a regulator/line fusible resistor faulty then you are lucky. If not, Call up the nearest service centre after checking the web for the details , ask if the board could be sent up for serrvice and if bad a replacement could be sent back. If so courier your PCB after making notes of the connections so that you can do the job by yourself to fit back.
I sincerely advice you to decide. Good day
