Question about T-Mobile Wing™ Smartphone
My start menu keeps opening without prompting and now all of my outside buttons have stopped working. This just started last week and now my phone is unuseable. I have done soft reboot and a master reboot and still it is gone crazy.
Your phone is experiencing a hardware failure in it's external buttons, unfortunately there's not much that can be done without taking it to a physical repair center.

I found a solution that worked for me:
1. Turn on the projector
2. Press "Power > Left > Left >
MENU" (Opens the system menu)
3. Choose "RD Menu"
4. Choose " EEPROM Restore" (the projector
turn off and the power lamp blink red for about 1 minut. Then it stops)
5. Turn on the projector again and it should work again
