How do you change the time on the display panel


You have to change the time on the phone system by logging in as administrator. Once it is changed it will update the time on all of the phones at the same time. Remote IP phones are a little different in that they only sometimes get the correct time from the system when they are booted and connect to the system.

I am trying to update the firmware on my new A580IP phone using my web browser connected to the base station. I get a transmission error "0" every time. Is the default download web site...


Hi,

According to the effectiveness of the past.
To update the firmware for gigaset A580ip not require you to download it,
just do the update directly through gigaset on-line
,
follow the steps below.

1> Menu » Settings » Base » Firmware Update
2> Enter base station system PIN (default setting: 0000)
3> Press the display key "Yes" to start the download
If your firmware is already up to date, the handset informs you. No action is needed then.

How to check for your firmware version:

Via Web Configurator: Status » Firmware version » The first 5 digits indicate the number of the firmware update

If you are in a call (> 8 sec): Menu » Service-Info » Scroll to list entry number 4. The first 5 digits indicate the number of the firmware update

Mitel 5330 This phone was used by another employee and she hasnt taken her password off, how do i go about this? I need a new password and my own voice mail.


The Voicemail isn't in the phone itself, but usually in the phone system. You will need to contact your system administrator or telephone vendor to have the mailbox reset. While they're at it, have them update the username.

I have had skype and the vtech usb 7100 for 5 years now and they have always worked great. However this week the vtech usb 7100 phone is not working anymore. I check the "connectivity" pannel...


you might need to update the driver or reinstall it
here is a general look at the drivers and how to update them
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager look through all of your devices if you see a yellow question mark?or exclamation mark ! or red x
right click to reinstall drivers or
if you can see your usb but its not working
ports(com&lpt)right click update driver

Change the time on the clock


This must be done on the phone system as the administrator. For 6.0 software go to System-wide settings, set date and time, and you can set it there. For 5.0 and older, go to Tab to it, System configuration, system settings, date and time. Once the time has been set on the phone system the date is updated instantly on the phones (even before your browser finished loading the next page).

Are you attempting to upgrade the firmware on the phone, or the phone system itself?
We have a SX-200 ICP and are currently in the process of upgrading so our teleworkers can use newer phones than the 5220's. It requires you have a current support agreement with your vendor because you have to be able to log into Mitel's Application Management Center (http://www.mitel-amc.com).

Change the time on the phone


you need to log into the management console of the mitel 3300 if this is the system that you have and then click on the "group administration tool" option, you may or may not have access to this depending on your security setup on the system. Then it is self explanitory you see the change time option. All sets will update in seconds.

Cant connect my samsung u900 to the computer


uninstall the software and drivers from add/remove programs in control panel, goto www.samsung.com and search for your model of phone, then download centre, then download the PC Studio from there, its more updated on the site. Also make sure your bluetooth is switched off and that when you connect the phone it is set to PC studio and not mass storage or media player.
