Ok try to follow these steps in order to restore your hard disks structure again.
Step 1. Turn the PS3 off into standby mode (red light on)
Step 2. Press and hold the power button. It will beep as soon as you press it, then beep again 5 seconds later and then beep once more and turn off. When the console turns off, release the power button.
Step 3. Press and hold the power button again. It will beep when you first press it, then beep 5 seconds later, then there will be 2 quick beeps together. When you hear these 2 quick beeps release the power button.
Step 4. The PS3 will start up asking you to connect a PS3 connector via USB and press the PS button. Do this and then go onto the next step.
Step 5. A menu will then load. Choose option 3 "Restore File System". The PS3 will restart and may report that your hard drive is corrupt, ignore this and click on "OK" to continue. Let the PS3 do its thing and hopefully when it restarts all will be well again.
If this procedure does not work, follow steps 1-4 again but on step 5 choose option 4. If this does not work try again but with option 5.
If none of these procedures work then I am afraid it looks like your hard drive may have become faulty. This will mean you will have to purchase a new one.
I hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa
