Try to as your network provider to open your GPRS, or i you have memory card to your phone try to remove it then switch off ur phone.

in this case need to check 3 things the first is that cheak ur mms sett , u will get these sett from ur service provider….the second thing Is that make ur whom so ever is sending u a mms ask him to send mms not greater than 100 kbs, the third thing is that send 1 mms to own no , to check that the problem is not there from ur side...

In regard with the Multimedia Messages or MMS, there is a specific settings for this that you need to have in your phone. I suggest that you should contact your Network Service Provider for the detailed settings, they can send you over-the-air settings or manually.
