The model should probably be cdx followed by numbers. barring that the model # should be on the chassis of the deck. you could try pressing the reset switch (should either be a small indentation about the size of a pencil tip on the face, or a small hole on the subpanes behind the face. if there is no reset switch, you can reset it by disconnecting power for a few minutes.
