SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Without knowing the exact year make model of your vehicle...it is impossible to answer that question. All cars have different procedures, some require expensive scantools to reset, some press and hold a button for 10 seconds.
Your owners manual usually will have the information IF its a button style reset. Look under MAINTANENCE

The tv worked for about 30 minutes now the screen is blank but sound is still working and the lamp light is blinking, what do i need to do to fix?

bigjohnson4,

It sounds like you need to replace the lamp and perhaps reset the unit. I have tips to cover all of the problems.

How to replace the lamp:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r4168009-change_lamp_in_dlp_projection_tv

What to do if the unit will still not work:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r8482944-after_lamp_replacement_projection_tv

How to reset the lamp: Using the FixYa seach engine, input "Lamp reset procedures for (your manufacturer)" and you should get the proper procedure.

Thanks for using FixYa and for the great rating.

Scanner light should come on at power up. Found ribbon cable connecting scanner unit to base had come unplugged from socket on circuit board. The ribbon cable is one of three found near back hinge of scanner and is hidden underneath the other two. It should drape over the edge of circuit board and then plug into small recepticle on inner side of board. I plugged it in and printer works again. Hope this helps.

My TI turns itself off and resets its RAM whenever I hit an arrow key.

Sorry that you all are having issues with your calculator. Try the reset procedures for your units. Reset procedures can be found in Texas Instruments Knowledge Base which can be found at the following website:

http://epsstore.ti.com/OA_HTML/csksxvm.jsp?nSetId=72521&nUsePub=NO&jttst0=6_23871,23871,-1,0,&jtfm0=&etfm1=&jfn=ZG1012A709F38464426C8B7F954BAD10F30F8264D7A42C7ECAC14E43D33C62440B0C3439BADB85CBF64291010A4860F183F8

Note: Even though the reset procedures are for units that do not turn on, they can still be helpful.

Hopefully that works, if not, you can always contact TI by calling 1-800-TI-CARES (1-800-842-2737) M-TH 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM FRI 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central Standard Time.
