Question about Facebook Social Network
You should never be asked to give your phone number, address or anything like that from Facebook. If you were already posting before this, and had never been asked this before, you should not be getting asked now.
If Facebook needs information from you, they include this information area when you sign up and it's all optional. What would Facebook need your phone number for confirmation? Just for a post?
Makes no sense. Make sure that when you are logging in to facebook, that the website is typed correctly:http://www.facebook.com/
