My air conditioner was working fine until it just stopped working. Thermostat shows no readings whatsoever. The unit outside dose nothing as well. We have changed the filters, reset the breaker switches and still no readings on the thermostat.

The fan is controlled by a relay that is operated by the thermostat. There is usually a wiring diagram inside the unit that will show the location of the relay.

My AC unit stopped blowing cold air. Everything is on and running including the outside unit. I tried to turn off the thermostat, but it will not turn off. The read out shows a fan blowing with the word...

You can remove the face from the thermostat and see if that stops it. If it does the problem is in your thermostat. If it doesn't then a contactor or relay is stuck. Let me know what you find and I will offer more suggestions.

Rheem Central Air united stopped working, no hum but power is there

It looks as if the 24 signal from the thermostat is not getting to the contactor. Or possibly the coil in the contactor itself is dead. Or a third option may be a bad control power board in the condensing unit itself. If you feel comfortable reading through these devices comment back. PLEASE REMEMBER THERE IS HIGH VOLTAGE INSIDE THE CONDENSER AND A CAPACITOR.

Intertherm to Honeywell thermostat

Typically if you have a yellow wire in the "y" terminal blue is used as common or "c". As far as your jumper from rc to rh, that will depend upon what type of heat you have. If all of your heat and cooling come from your packaged unit outside, yes you will need the jumper. If this does not work maybe you have a bad breaker or transfomer.
