To answer weather or not it is the "best for your money" it would be good to look at your specific printing needs vs. the price of the supplies rather then the initial cost of the unit.
For that printer a black and white cartridge will run around $60-80 and yield about 2000 copies.
Other printers on the market such as an HP P1006 will run $100 for the printer and $60 for the cartridge which will yield about 1500 prints. Whereas a BROTHER HL 2140 will run about $119.99 and need a separate drum and toner cartridge tho the high yield ink cartridge will yield 2600 pages and run $50
It would also be good to recognize that cartridge yield is largely determined by how much ink is used per page. So if you are doing normal letters with little to no graphics the yield numbers will be fairly close.
The MFC4150 appears to be a good "Middle of the road" small business printer which will not require separate drum and toner cartridges and yield a good amount of prints for the money.

Everyone with canon pixma mx320 is having same problem where paper will feed in faster on one side and eventually give you a paper jam. why can't you guys put a solution for that?

I am a Canon engineer who actually works for canon and goes out in the field and repairs Canon equipment. I can assure you there is no problem of skewing in the paper feed of any of the current canon range. Paper skew is always down to the paper hitting an obstruction in the feed. Also if you are using paper of less than 80gsm in weight then skew can occurr. Most of us "Guys" offer this service totally free and make no money from Fixya. I am one.

When your machine jams, pull the paper back out SLOWLY and look for a "Nick" in the leading edge of the sheet. Place this back in the tray and you can now see where the obstruction will be because the nick will line up with the obstruction. Any money you like and you will find either a drawing pin (Usually a cork notice board is above and behind the machine on a wall) or a staple or paperclip will be jammed in the sheet feeder.

Good luck.

Sounds like your secratery's printer is set to ignore paper mismatch errors. It depends on the setting you have in your driver. Can you set your driver on your printer to ignore paper mismatch errors. If not when your printer errors, just try hitting the go button and it should print the document any way.
