We have a stainless model # pfss5nfxbss. With the feezer on the bottom.. freezer is cold but the refridge. not cooling?

Sounds like airflow fan needs to be replaced. Most fridges use a small fan that blows air from the freezer to the refridge. If that fan fails you get working freezer and non cool fridge.

sounds like your freezer is not defrosting, causing lack of air flow to fresh food side

the heat element or the thermostat IN YOUR FREEZER PART need to be check...they might went bad and when you defrost the unit it is working fine but only for period of time....:(

if not getting down to temp. it wont make ice.your ref. should be working by now.you need to call where you bought it and they will have some one come out.
