NAD T760 Problems

Hi, The first problem with the T760 Amp is that it emits a nice big fat hum with only the speakers pluged in. The second problem is it drops the left and center channel audio intermitantly. The third problem is on the video O/P, with a black source on the I/P I get a grey screen with a fat horrozontal line scrolling down and intermitant diagonal wavey patterns. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
