The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes.

You can download GE owner's manuals and installation instructions here.

Without any known event, the microwave clocked no longer keeps time and the microwave does not heat up food. The timer works and the tray rotates, but no heating.

You have 2 systems inside your microwave, one is working, one is not.
The working one has the electric motor to drive the turntable and the timer.
The other system includes the "magnetron", which is the heavy unit that makes the microwaves to cook the food.
A repairman can check the magnetron to see if it has failed, and there are a few units that have a replaceable fuse that could be blown.
You will not want to try to fix it yourself, without a good knowledge of such things, as there is often a capacitor inside, which can shock you really bad if you touch it in error.
God bless your efforts.

Cook works microwave timer stuck

If by "manual timer" you are referring to a knob that you turn to set the cook time, then you may have a failure of the motor that turns the timing mechanism, or a lack of power to it.

INtermatic Model ST01 timer is to be used in a 3 way switch arrangement. The unit works in one switch position but fails to allow the light to turn on in the other switch position. Several other switches...

ST01C timer replaces one 3-way switch and the other 3-way switch remains.
The ST01C timer does not work exactly like a 3-way switch.
When the timer blue and red wires are connected together, they reverse whatever program is in effect.
When the timer is wired for single-pole, the red wire is capped off. When timer is wired for 3-way, the red wire is used to reverse the timer, thus causing the 3-way effect.
So if timer is ON, and red and blue wires are put together, the timer turns OFF.
That's why the remaining 3-way switch has to be rewired.
The remaining 3-way switch is rewired so it will connect and disconnect the red and blue wires, causing the timer to reverse program each time, and creating 3-way effect.
Other requirements of ST01C is that the black wire must connect to Hot wire, and the blue wire must always connect to Load. This means that you have to correctly pick which 3-way switch to replace, where the hot wire from breaker arrives.
Open following link for wiring diagram showing how to wire for 3-way:
http://waterheatertimer.org/ST01C-program.html#ST01C
All 3-way timers require rewiring second 3-way switch to create 3-way effect.

Round soft key OXO Timer I need to change the clock time their model # is 1061978

Operating functions:
To set the clock, press and hold the clock/timer button for three seconds. A clock icon will appear on the left side of the screen. Input the time using the numerical buttons and then click the clock/timer button to save the time.
To set the timer, press and release the clock/timer button so that the display shows all zeroes. Enter the desired time using the keypad. Press start/stop to start the countdown. The countdown may be paused by pressing the stop/start button and resumed by pressing the same button again.
When countdown is complete, timer will beep continuously for thirty seconds and display will flash. Timer will then beep every ten seconds for ten minutes until the stop/start button is pressed.
This timer will also time up to time activities. To start count up, press clear/memory so timer reads all zeroes. Press stop/start and a plus sign will appear on the right side of the screen as the timer begins counting up.

Not heating food, not cooking, vent is not operating... After the installation of the microwave today, the timer works well. When trying to heat up anything, it does not work (the timer goes on and at the...

The magnetron (the part that heats the food) may be bad or the circuitry to the magnetron may have burned out. Basically my advice is that if you have no electrical expertise, it isn't worth fixing. The magnetron if bad, costs almost as much as a new microwave. If you open it up (make sure it has been unplugged for a few hours and don't seen any obvious burnt parts, then most likely the magnetron is done and a new microwave is the way to go.

Let me know how this works out for you.

Panasonic inverter microwave

H95, H97, H98 or H99 mean that there's a problem with your inverter, magnetron, or digital programming circuit.

25051ba.jpg

If the digital programmer circuit / controller does not get a feedback signal from the inverter for a period of 3 seconds, the controller will stop the cook cycle. It may be a loose connection in the wiring between the inverter, magnetron, and/or control board, or maybe one of those components has failed.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced in inverters, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

You can find an authorized Panasonic servicer here.

No programming tone

On page 11 of the manual:

Disabling the timer reminder tones:

To disable the reminder tones, press and
hold the Timer Set pad for 5 seconds. To
enable the tones, follow the same step.

To shut off all (audible) signals except for error tones and the hidden function signal:

Press and hold the Stop Time pad for5 seconds. A short tone will sound to tell you the signals have been changed. Repeat the above step to turn the signals back on.

If that doesn't work, the next thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so.

Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

New microwave not starting

Chances are the oven is designed for 60HZ and your supply is 50Hz. This will cause the unit to shut down because it thinks it is not getting the proper "interrupt" signal from the power line. You can check the owner's manual (or model number tag) and the manual for the converter.
