Moto Rzr shuts down then turns back on instantly, happens most of the time when trying to text.

This problem is due to slow interrupts.. this can be seen in many mobiles.. it occurs when u try to type message at a rapid pace... when u type ,the set freezes, switch off and then then switches on automatically.. my best advice is you consult a local service station.. thank you sir.. dont forget to vote me..

My lg 9700 froze after I took a pic and tried to send it as a text. took battery out many times, but I only get Verizon wireless banner. nothing works


I have this phone and im having the same problem...what works for me is to plug it into the charger and turn phone off then back on again...i have to hold down the on/off button a few times before it comes back on.....im sure once i get a new battery this wont happen....ya i can only talk on it a few min and cant sent pic messages becuz it will shut off if i do.....try replacing the battery

I can see just a logo on ma moto v3i's external screen


Remove the battery, wait ten minutes and put it back.

Try also removing the sim, try a different one if you have it.

If you have a memory card start it without the card inside.

Try also the following procedure:
"press and hold the * # andpower button all at the same time until you see text come up on thescreen. If you get the text on the screen, pull the battery out, pressthe power button three or four times to discharge the phone completelyand then try the battery again and hold the power button for 8 secondsor until the blue in the kaypad gives a slight flash dim"

Music problem


Have you tried moto tools and moto usb drivers to attach and sync the rzr to the pc?

you need to have the phone reflash so take it to a mobile service center and have them reflash it for you.

to get out of test mofe do this hit clr and the top left button right by the screen and then hit #073887 and turn it off
