Wizyou have a mechanilca failure and the casette mechanism timing got messed up. maybe bacause of faulty belts. the mechanism has to be removed and manually rotate the capstan to get it back in the right position to eject. do not force it or you damage the plastic parts. you better get it to a repair shop dear
