Before i playing a online games but in a day my game are need a directX 9.0c version what can i do to play again can you help me???

You need to download the updated version of DirectX in order for it to work. You can download it from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en

This will provide you with DirectX version 9.

Make sure you frequently check Windows Update to ensure your system stays up to date.

Tip

D3dx9_37 is missing?

This is due to the fact that your Direct X 9 version is either out of date or just plain missing.
The d3dx9_37.dll file is one of many similar files contained in the DirectX software collection. Because DirectX is used by most Windows based games and advanced graphics programs these errors usually show up when using these programs.

To fix this it is as simple of downloading the latest version of DX9.
Click here to go to FileHippo and get the June 2010 version. Click on the green arrow to the right to start the download.

I've had many people ask me "how is this possible when I've just installed Windows Vista or even Windows 7." The simple answer is that when you install Windows Vista for example it ONLY installes Direct X10 components and when you install Windows 7 it ONLY installs DirectX 10 or 11. Therefore you will need to seperately download and install DirectX 9 in order to play games in DirectX 9 solve this problem.

If installing the latest version of DirectX 9 doesn't solve the problem then do the following:
  • Explore the game CD you are trying to use and find the DirectX 9 version the game or program came with. Install this version.
  • Uninstall the game or software and then re-install it. One of the files associated with d3dx9_37 may have been overwritten or deleted by accident.
  • You could try extracting the d3dx9_37 from the DirectX 9 package and placing it where it needs to be.
  • Re-install or update your graphics card drivers.

When i open this error is come failed to get proc address for D3DPERF_SetOptions (d3d9.dll)

The d3d9.dll file belongs to the DirectX 9 software and its main function is to add DirectX functionality to Windows games and other multimedia applications.
D3d9.dll Errors
Many of the d3d9.dll errors occur when you have older version of DirectX on your PC. For instance, you may receive d3d9.dll errors, similar to the ones listed below in case you try to run a game that is specifically written for DirectX 9 on a PC that uses DirectX 8 or some other older version.
hope this helps

you can't do because those games require builtin directx 9, pixel shader v 3.0 and other stuff

The Mobile Intel® 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset family is compatible with versions of Microsoft* DirectX* up to 9.0. Support for previous versions of DirectX (8.x, 7.x, 6.x and 5.x) is also available.

In conclusion, if you want to play those games you must buy a better videocard

I have installed Cyberlink Power DVD 9 Ultra on my system. I have registered and activated it. When I ran it for the first time, a pop-up window asked me to install a patch 1530 for it. I downloaded it...

This is happening to those who used versions of the meadow.
It was contained in previous versions of DirectX-a.
You can check the place of this file in your Cyberlink installation folders and can replace it with new one which you can download from internet or you can copy a new one there.

But best solution is to check your directX driver is up to date or not.If not you should update it and then try to install Cyberlink again.
    Good luck
