Question about GPS
This is a common problem with Magellan. However, it is not common with this model. This is a firmware corruption and needs firmware to be reinstalled. Unfortunately, in these situations even soft/hard reset would not work.
Note - There could be few websites offering the firmware ( free or paid ). Do not trust them as most of them are corrupted.
Best would be contact Magellan so that they could reinstall the software.
