Question about Cell Phones
Hi not knowing the make and model makes it harder for me to tell you, but by the sounds of it the problem you are having is a common problem.
now from what your describing it sounds like the problem you are having is with the data ribbon that connects the screen to the circuit board, now as this is a very common fault this makes the part cheap to buy and cheap to fit, so if you want to get your phone working properly take it into a small phone shop not a big branded one cus they will charge you loads go to a small phone shop and tell them the phone works but you have got no display, tell them you have been told its the data ribbon thats at fault they will then give you a price and should be able to fix it whilst you wait.
hope that answers your question
let me know if you need further assistance ok
