This page and the manual doesn't say anything about how to unclog the outlet. For information, I tried the cleaning cycle but it didn't solve the problem.

I've ran the cleaning program but it didn't solve the problem.

Haven't tried it yet but details are thorough, with photos and all. I'm certain it will help me solve the problem.

    Hi,

Recently after using my Jura S9 I pulled out the tray to empty the water and grounds and found a snap washer in the drip tray (the rear onenext to the grounds container). The snap washer has brocken in half.

Does anyoneknow where this snap washer has come from?

    Regards Dean.

Refer to p. 24 of the manual for all the cleaning procedures. If you need further assistance please let me know. Also make sure to keep up with cleaning and this should prevent the outlet from clogging.

It could just be clogged. Have you cleaned or descaled the unit? There are 2 places where clogs occur - in the head and in the output of the K-Cup. A good indication of a clog in the head is that you will see water returning into your tank through the clear plastic outlet. If you see this, open the head and find the large needle in the upper part (this is what pierces the K-Cup at the top. Stick a cake tester or extended paper clip up the pointy nozzle and move it in a circle to unclog anything that might be there. Then run it a few more times. Also, clean out the nozzle in the bottom of the k-cup area in the same manner. Hope thishelps

The coffee grounds are dry after the cup is brewed. It does not taste like fresh brewed coffee.

There's a needle that punches a hole on the bottom of the K-cup. That needle is clogged. Poke it with a paper clip or a thin wire to unclog it.

I need to clean my coffee maker and i have no idea how to.

Beleve it or not, if you want to clean a clogged coffee machine, add to the well a cup of white vinegar (inside the water reservoir), with no water, and let it work to percolate the vinegar. The fumes are bad but it will unclog the filtering. Be sure to put water (no coffee) and percolate with no coffee at least 3 times and you have a clean coffee machine.

Capucinatore problem

I had same problem. You may need to descale first and if still a problem the steam valve may be clogged. First make sure the cappuccinatore lines are clean). If steam valve is clogged there is a trick to get it unclogged,- by tapping steam valve to loosen it up- but suggest contact Saeco USA Inc. to located a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : outlet@saeco-usa.com

BEAM Serenity Plus 2900 has shutdown

I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. OK, there is a reset button on the unit but i think it could be that your vacuum could be clogged in the vacuum lines and that you should check all the inlets/outlets in your house with your vacuum hose - or get a vacuum cuff and go to each individual outlets and check the suction by feel - if the outlet is clogged you may have to call someone to unclogg it or by going to each oultlet the system may unclog it self -- or you can use a plumbers snake and be careful because the lines in a central vacuum are thinner than the walls in a plumbing situation or have it professionally unclogged by a priofessional. When you are using another vacuum to unclog the unit make sure the central vac is runing and to try to pull the clog apart from both directions. Below is a link to the factory for Beam and if you need a owners manuel for the Central Vac
