Question about Philips 37PF7320A 37 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
Could you send me this manual? My tv has 5 blinking lights
Let me take a guess your TV will work fine for a while and all the sudden it will loose video and sound ? This is a very common problem with this series of tv BJ2.2 ,2.3,2.4
There is a crystal the oscillates out of frequency when it get hot. If it got hot several times more than likely it will just flash 5 when u turn power on.
If your tv still works for a bit before it shuts down this fix will work. If u remove the metal cover over the SSB. If u look at the center of the SSB. you will see a crystal (1H00 Xtal 27MHz 18pF
)(12nc242254301397) it will need to be replaced and also the 2 capacitors on both sides of this 2H08 and 2H09 47pF 1% 50v 0402 (12nc 3198 034 02790)
You could probably get away with just changing crystal and not the two capacitors but you should change them also just to be safe. Good Luck

Tips for a great answer:
For example, to search for a code for your TV:
1. On the remote control, press TV once.
2. Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice, then
3. Enter 9 - 9 - 1.The LED will blink twice.
4. Aim the remote control at the the TV and slowly alternate
between pressing POWER and TV. Stop when the TV turns off.
NOTE: In the search mode, the remote control will send IR codes from its
library to the selected device, starting with the most popular code first.
5. To lock in the code, press and hold SET until the LED blinks
twice, then release SET.
6. To search for the codes of your other devices, repeat steps 1
through 5, but substitute the appropriate device key for the
device you are searching for.
