Question about Canon I960 InkJet Photo Printer
Follow the below steps on how to remove the print-head on your Canon i960:
1. Open the paper tray and top cover while the printer is on. The carriage assembly will move to the center.
2. Remove all the ink cartridges to gain access to the print heads.
3. Raise the gray print head lock lever on the right side of the carriage.
4. Lift out the print head.
5. Reverse the steps to install a new print head or when you want to re-seat your existing print head.
