Printer doesnt print on leopard in mac (by 2 users)

I had it plugged into my pc and want to test it on the mac.it doesnt print my documents.I have the latest drivers already.
I get printer in pause mode etc.

Same problem - my printer works great with my Dell XPS, but even after reinstalling all the drivers, and getting to the printer interface that shows the jobs, it says "stopped" in the status. Single clicking resume does nothing, Double clicking the "Resume" button gives me a popup that says, "client-error-not-possible". Help!!
