PLEASE DEFINE MAGNIFIED. ARE colors off or picture too wide or too tall, these are different issues.

Confirm actual model number and brand so I may assist you.

How to fix thin horizontal line on middle of picture only

One possible cause could be a cracked solder joint (around the meniscus) which creates a high resistance and sometimes intermittent connection. It usually occurs where larger pins, or connectors, are soldered to the circuit board, due to the difference in expansion coefficients. It's hard to find and requires a high power magnifier. If you have an older TV that has plug in circuit boards, find the vertical drive board, remove it, and re-flow all the solder joints at the connector. An alternative ($) is to replace the drive board.

Problem with flat screen tv picture

Sounds like a possible "cold" solder joint on one of the circuit boards.
Majority of these intermittent problems is caused by either a broken solder joint and can be fixed if you inspect the different boards that
are present in your unit. Use a magnifier to help you find these "cold"
or "broken" solder joint(s). You will also need a soldering iron (~40W)
and some solder to reconnect/reflow these broken joint(s).

The picture on the tv is curved in the middle sides if the screen how do i fix it to where the picture fills the whole screen?

Their are pincushion circuits the compensate for inward curvature. It is common for solder connections to break on the pincushion transformers or the connections where the transformer wire is wrapped around the connector pin. Careful inspection under a magnifying glass while manipulating the pin sometime will show hairline cracks in the solder. Their are also adjustments on the convergence board that will compensate. The adjustment potentiometers on the convergence board also have shown to be prone to solder cracking on the PC board

Bad picture until tv warms up

this is a very common occurance in these sets. toshiba has issued a servece bullteen with this set. Sorry to tell you this but this is a problem with some very small capacitors on what is known as the hypermodule. in my shop we fix 2 to 5 of these a month. you really have to know how to solder. Idealy replace the hypermodule is the best way. but......that board is hard to find. so we replace these 11 very very small componets with twezzers and a big magnifier. we charge about 250 to 350 for this repair.

Sanyo TV stretches outwards and shakes

If the picture is closing (top to bottom) and goes back to normal when you hit it you probably have a bad solder connection on IC501 (location number) the vertical deflection IC on a metal heat sink. If you mean outwards as in side to side as it looks in the picture, I don't know specifically where to solder but get a magnifying glass and look for suspected bad solder connections. Look for the word width if it is there. It is good that you a confident in soldering.
