Does the turbo nozzel come apart to repair?

Hi, yes, the turbo nozzle can be broken down with just a little time and effort. The two plastic wheels in the rear pop out, and then you'll see 6 screws on the bottom of the unit. Once these have been removed, gently pry the top and bottom pieces of the turbo nozzle apart, and you'll have access to the belt, gears, and brush inside. Good luck!

Fix washer nozzle

Unless it's already broken, try putting a fine piece of wire (like one strand of a multi strand wire) into the nozzle tip to clear it out, then blow some compressed air through it. Every nozzle is attached differently and I don't know even what car you have but one waring that applies to all, is do not take it off when very cold or the plastic will snap.

I am having trouble getting my 50,000 btu torpedo heater started.

your nozzle is clean the nozzle you take the cover off, slide the motor out of it's slots and push it to the rear of the unit, remove the air line and fuel line, remove the three 3 screws holding the nozzle assy. on.once you have the nozzle assy. out you will see a brass nozzle on the inside, put nozzle assy. in vise to hole it.take 5/8" socket and remove the nozzle from holder.take the nozzle holder out of vise and put brass nozzle in not put a lot of pressure on it or you'll bend the way pointy end down so you can take the nozzle apart.once you have the nozzle in vise, take a pair of plyers and carefully remove the inside of nozzle,it doesn't take a lot of pressure to turn the inside.just loosen it don't take it apart yet....remove it from vise and turn it uside down so pointy end is now facing up.rotate it over the work bench so you don't drop the piece that's inside.very tiny piece..... that the nozzle,it rotates inside to make the spray pattern.look through it and see if you can see light throught it.take an air nozzle and carefully blow through it....both ways.look again and see if it's clear.once it is replace everything in reverse not put much pressure on the inside piece of nozzle when you tighten back in with the plyers.hope this helps........let me know

Nozzle won't stay on steam tube

There should be two rubber pieces inside the threaded collar & cap that help produce a pressure fit onto the wand itself. There is a total of five plastic pieces on my steam wand excluding the wand itself on my Via Venezia by Saeco I purchased a year ago. Sounds to me like you lost one of you rubber gromets! Just my thoughts!

Kirby won't turn on only when trying to use power nozzle

Make sure that your power nozzle has a little metal prong that plugs into the little rectangular hole in the fan case. If the prong is broken, you'll need a new nozzle. If the prong is intact, you'll need a new switch. Here is a link to help with the repair and help you locate the switch.

Hope this helps!

How do i put a new belt in kirby vacuum ultimate G

You'll want to rotate the front plastic piece 270 degrees until the red triangle on the plastic piece lines up with the red triangle on the top of the nozzle. Then, rotate the nozzle release (located under the headlight assembly) until the nozzle can pull free of the main vacuum body.

Rotate the front plastic piece back to its original position and flip the nozzle upside down. There will be two clips which will rotate to release the baseplate. After removing the baseplate you should be able to remove the brushroll and take the belt off.

Put the new belt onto the brushroll, and replace the brushroll in the nozzle, making sure that the colored dot on each bearing end is the same on both sides to ensure that the brushroll sits level. then rotate the plastic front cover again, watching to make sure that the hook inside grabs the belt and pulls it upward.

Replace the baseplate, then turn the nozzle back upright and replace it on the front of the vacuum by setting it onto the axle on the front of the machine and then tilting the top of the nozzle back into place and turning the nozzle release back to lock the nozzle into place.

Rotate the plastic front piece back to its original position, and your belt should be fully installed.

I have a yellowMiele Vacuum, model=Electronic Air Clean Plus S3121. On the main body the part that the pipe/nozzle clicks into has a piece that has snapped off. I can see this by lifting the lid and the black plastic piece that is screwed to the inside of the lid has a piece chipped of it which means that when the nozzle is clicked into place it is completely loose. There is a black piece that clicks into the inside of the hoover into this broken part which is still ok so at the moment by lining up the nozzle with this loose piece I can click it into place. How can I get this piece that I need?
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
You can order the order or the schematics from the factory website listed below and I will provide you with another contact as well for the Miele S3121 in order for you to order or replace the part that is broken or you can refer to your local vacuum cleaner dealer in the yellow pages. 1-800-999-1360 Customer Care
