Step 1. Reset the player
You can reset your player by gently inserting a pen tip or other sharp object into the RESET hole on the side of your player. After pressing the reset button, power on the player. If the player is still unresponsive, charge your player for a minimum of 30 minutes before reattempting a hard reset and then power on the player.

Note: If a removable battery is used for your player, just remove the battery from the compartment and theninsert it again.

if this doesnt work then you cant really proceed as the next step would be to update the firmware but if the computer wont recognize the device you cant really do a firmware or device repair using phillips repair software.
If that is the case its probably not worth repairing as it would cost more to repair then to replace the unit. Has it recently gotten wet or been dropped? I know no one likes to hear that there product is dead but if a soft or hard reset doesnt work on a consumer level there really isnt any repair.
If you need further assistance please feel free to follow up with a comment and i will be here to assist you. If this assisted you please feel free to rate the comment. thanks and have a great day.

Does not recognize dvd drive

When you click Start/My Computer is the DvD drive shown as one of your devices? If not then try the steps below:
Remove the Power Cord, Remove the Battery, turn the laptop over and remove the one screw that secures the dvd drive and pull the drive out. After 20 seconds plug the DvD drive back in, and then try booting to see if it is recognized. If the drive is not recognized then you will have to remove upper and lower filters.

If you are talking about the drive won't play a dvd then that's another issue. Most times computers have a hard time playing something that was created by someone else. Try a store purchased DvD and see if it recognizes and plays it.

Nothing hppens when i plug the flash into usb port.

You should try it in other ports as well if you can on another computer to make sure it is not the computer being the cause of the problem. Sometimes a port won't recognize new devices so trying all of the other ports may wake up the port and get you access. If it works on another computer then you know the stick is just fine and it is the port or the operating system at fault.

Unfortunately it can just be a dead flash drive. They are fairly rugged little buggers but sometimes they fail for no apparent cause or they had a static shock or some other cause. There really is nothing you can do short of spending a few hundred dollars on a recovery service that won't guarantee they will be able to pull files off either. Basically you will need to replace the drive if it is dead. Hopefully the lost files can be replicated or found somewhere else. The lost files tend to be the more annoying bit as flash drives are fairly cheap to replace but important files are not so easy.

My mac no longer recognized the drive. When it is attached it makes a clicking sound.

Clicking means a dead hard drive, usually the controller board is bad, but most shops won't repair this, hopefully it's under warranty.

My sansa e250 mp3 player is unable to connect to computer nor recognized to use .It won`t turn on change the modes

turning on to change modes is your problem. If it's completely dead you may need to replace it or refurbish it. Or if the battery is completely dead plug it in all day until you can get it to turn on. ONCE ON then you can worry about getting it to connect. Try this:
There are two connection settings in USB: MTP and MSC. For some reason MTP is the default, but it doesn't connect properly on all computers. Select MSC and plug the player in again, the computer will recognize sansa e250 but not show the driver just yet. It is installing recognition software (just basic drivers - nothing heavy) and it doesnt tell you what its doing until its complete. WAIT FOR IT. Once it is complete you will see both the sansa e250 and the removable memory slot in your "my computer" now you're good to go.
