Question about HP PL4260N 42 in. Plasma HDTV
I had the same problem and HP has been very helpful,
try calling this number 877-917-4380 ext. 79 and be firm tell them this
needs to be fixed. They are sending my second replacement part and said
they will keep sending parts till it works, this tv is almost 3 years old.
Comment posted on Jan 24, 2009Just to update this issue, HP has now agreed to replace my plasma free of charge, they dont know how to fix it and after a couple of tries they gave up and I'll get my new one next Friday. For all of those trying , keep trying and don't give up, don't take no for an answer. Call HP with the number listed and let them have a piece of your mind, you will get results.
