Question about Cell Phones
Can you hear the keypad tones? Please On the keypad tone from the tone settings and check whether you can hear it or not. You can also try the Loud Speaker while you are on a call. If you can hear through Loud Speaker, the problem is with your front speaker where you place your ear. (I hope you know that the front speaker is called the "speaker" and the other which you hear songs or ringtones is called the "ringer"). I my assumption is correct, you'll need to replace the speaker (front speaker). In case if you don't hear anything, maybe ringtone or songs or etc.... then there must be another problem related to hardware/circuit. You'll need to take it to a service center or mobile service center.
I am not sure about how you'll be able to find a replacement, but you can contact the mobile retailer in your area/locality. They'll definitely help you find it and the best is to get it fitted from them or from a mobile repairing center or servicing center.
Thanks for using FixYa.
